Selling on Whatnot

Set currency, offers, draft publishing, livestreams, and shipping defaults for Whatnot.

In short

Connect Whatnot, choose whether new listings publish or stay in Drafts, review offers and livestream behavior, then map a Whatnot shipping profile.

Open Whatnot settings

Open Connect

In the sidebar, open Connect, then select Whatnot.

Listing currency

SECND detects currency from the newest Whatnot inventory listing when the account connects. If the account has no inventory, choose USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, or AUD manually.

Publishing and offers

Turn on Accept offers to let buyers send offers on Buy It Now listings. Turn on Auto-add to next show to attach each new listing to your next scheduled livestream.

Turn on Publish as draft or Save as draft to send new listings to Whatnot's Drafts tab. Leave it off to publish immediately.

Heads up

Auto-add needs a scheduled upcoming show. Check the listing in Whatnot if no show was available when SECND published it.

Shipping profile

Map the SECND shipping profile to one of the shipping profiles returned by Whatnot. SECND uses that mapping for new listings created with the profile.

Open Listing Manager → Shipping profiles to set the Whatnot mapping.
