Selling on Grailed

Set Grailed shipping, offers, and smart pricing before you publish.

In short

Connect Grailed, select a return address, configure every shipping region you want to serve, then review offers and smart pricing.

Open Grailed settings

Open Connect

In the sidebar, open Connect, then select Grailed.

SECND shows the offer and smart-pricing preferences after Grailed is connected.

Shipping and returns

In your shipping profile, choose a Grailed return address. Enable each region you serve and set it to free shipping or enter the amount the buyer pays. A region with no valid price is not ready for listing.

Open Listing Manager → Shipping profiles to edit the Grailed mapping.

Heads up

If SECND still marks Grailed as incomplete, check both the return address and shipping regions. The connection alone is not enough to publish.

Offers

Turn on Accept offers if buyers may send offers on new listings. Automatic outbound offer rules are separate. See Grailed offers.

Smart pricing

Smart pricing lets Grailed lower a listing by 10% each week until it reaches your floor. Enter the floor as a whole percentage of the original list price. SECND accepts 1 through 99. If you leave it blank, Grailed uses the default floor of 60%.
