Bulk Editing Listings

Edit titles, prices, descriptions, and other fields across many listings in one pass.

In short

Select listings on the Products page, click Edit, and the bulk editor opens with every selected listing loaded. Either use the inline grid to edit cell-by-cell, or open the Edit Selected dialog to set the same value on one field across every selected product.

What you can bulk-edit

In the Edit Selected dialog you pick one field and one value; SECND applies it to every selected listing in a single update. The fields the dialog supports today:

  • Title
  • Description
  • SKU
  • Price
  • Shipping Price
  • Condition
  • Tags

For everything else (images, marketplace-specific fields, etc.), use the grid: each cell is editable in place, and changes apply per row.

Step-by-step

Open the Products page

Click Products in the sidebar.

Filter down to the listings you want

Use the filter chips above the table (marketplace, status, etc.) to narrow the list, or use the search box to find a specific batch.

Select listings

Tick the row checkboxes, or tick the header checkbox to select every listing on the current page. A selection bar appears at the top with the count.

Click Edit

In the selection bar, click Edit. SECND copies the selection into a bulk-editing session and opens it.

Edit in the grid or open Edit Selected

Edit cells directly in the grid for fine-grained changes, or click Edit Selected in the action bar to pick one field and apply the same value to all selected products at once.
6.

Save

Inline edits save as you go. The Edit Selected dialog applies on Apply. SECND pushes the updates to every marketplace each listing is published to.

Heads up

There's no “undo entire batch” button. If you applied the wrong value across many listings, the fastest fix is to re-run Edit Selected with the correct value. For surgical reverts, open each listing and edit by hand.
