Selling on Depop

Before you list#

First, connect Depop. The connection lets SECND talk to your shop. Your Depop preferences tell SECND how to build each new listing.

Shipping#

Choose your Depop shipping method before publishing. A carrier-based method also needs a ship-from address, who pays, and a parcel size. If you arrange shipping yourself, choose the manual option shown in SECND.

Listing defaults#

Turn Boost listings on if new Depop listings should use boosting by default. Price includes boost lets SECND account for the boost fee when it calculates a marketplace price.

For international sales, turn on worldwide shipping and enter the international shipping price SECND should send with new listings.

Titles and descriptions#

Depop does not use a separate editable title field. Turn on Add title to description if you want SECND to place your product title at the start of the Depop description.

Photo cropping#

Choose a 1:1 crop, a 4:3 crop, or no crop for photos sent to Depop. Review the first photo after changing this setting so the item stays centered and nothing important is cut off.
