How to create a product and crosslist it
Photograph the item, let AI draft the listing, correct anything wrong, set price and condition, then choose which marketplaces to publish to. The draft is created once and mapped to each marketplace's required fields automatically.

Start with photos
Photos are the input, so they determine the quality of everything downstream. You do not need a studio, but you do need the item to be legible: fill the frame, shoot in even light, and capture the things that carry information — labels, maker's marks, stitching, wear, dimensions against a reference object.
A photo of a folded garment on a dark carpet produces a vague draft. The same garment on a hanger against a plain wall, plus a close-up of the label, produces a draft you can publish with two edits.
Review the draft
SECND drafts a title, category, condition, attributes and description. Your job is review, not authorship. Read for three things: is the category right, is the condition honest, and does the title contain the words a buyer would actually search.
Every correction you make is learned. The drafts you get in month three are noticeably closer to publishable than the ones in week one, because the model has seen how you describe things.
Set price and condition
- Price from comparable sold items rather than from active listings — what people are asking is not evidence of what people pay.
- Set cost if you bought the item outright; it is what makes margin reporting real rather than estimated.
- Be specific about condition. Overstating condition costs more in returns and feedback than it gains in price.
- Add measurements for anything where fit matters. It is the most common cause of avoidable returns in apparel.
Choose channels and publish
- 1
Pick the marketplaces
Select which connected channels this item should go to. Not everything belongs everywhere — category fit matters more than reach.
- 2
Check the per-channel fields
eBay item specifics, Poshmark sizing and Etsy attributes are filled from your draft. Glance at them; a wrong size or category is the main reason a listing gets no impressions.
- 3
Publish
API-connected channels publish from our servers, so you can close the tab. Extension-based channels need the browser session.
- 4
Confirm it went live
The item shows its listing status per channel. Anything that failed shows why, so you can fix the field and retry rather than guess.
What happens after it sells
Nothing you have to do. The sale is detected, the item is marked sold, and the other listings are removed within seconds. The order appears in your queue with the shipping profile you set, ready to label and ship.
Frequently asked questions
How many photos should I take?
Four to eight for most items: a full front, a full back, the label, and close-ups of anything that affects value or condition. More photos improve both draft quality and conversion, and marketplaces reward listings that use their full image allowance.
Can I publish to some channels now and others later?
Yes. An item can be live on two marketplaces today and a third next week. All of them stay tied to the same inventory record, so delisting still covers everything.
What if the AI gets the brand wrong?
Correct it. Brand is the field most worth checking, because it drives category, search visibility and price expectations. Corrections feed back into future drafts.
Can I create items without publishing them?
Yes. Cataloguing without listing is a normal workflow for shop-floor stock, and you can publish any of it later without redoing the intake.
