How SECND pricing and plans work
There is a standing free plan that includes crosslisting, sale detection and automatic delisting with a monthly AI listing allowance. Paid plans raise the AI allowance and add team, automation and reporting capability. The current numbers live on the pricing page.

The free plan is a plan, not a trial
It does not expire, and it does not ask for a card. It includes the things that make crosslisting safe rather than dangerous: publishing to your connected channels, detecting sales, and delisting everywhere else automatically. It also includes a monthly allowance of AI-drafted listings.
The reason delisting is on the free tier is that a crosslisting tool without delisting actively harms the person using it. Charging for the safety mechanism would be a strange product decision.
What actually drives an upgrade
- AI volume. The most common reason. A store doing serious intake exhausts a small allowance quickly.
- Team members. More than one person doing intake or fulfilment.
- Automation. Scheduled markdowns, relisting rules and workflow depth.
- Reporting. Margin after fees, channel performance, aging and sell-through analysis.
- Consignment and vendor scale. Larger consignor counts, booths and settlement runs.
How billing behaves
| Action | What happens |
|---|---|
| Upgrade mid-cycle | Prorated — you pay the difference for the remainder of the period |
| Downgrade | Takes effect at the end of the current billing period |
| Annual billing | Charged once for the year, at a lower effective monthly rate |
| Cancel | Access continues to the end of the period already paid for |
| Failed payment | Retried, with notice, before any change to access |
Invoices and payment method live in your billing settings, and every invoice is downloadable for your accountant.
How to judge whether it pays
The honest calculation is not feature count. It is time saved per item multiplied by items, plus the sales you keep by not cancelling orders, minus the subscription.
If intake drops from six minutes to ninety seconds and you process 200 items a month, that is roughly fifteen hours. Whether that is worth the price depends on what your hours are worth, which is a question only you can answer — but it is at least a question with a number in it.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Monthly plans are month to month. Annual billing commits for the year in exchange for a lower rate, which is the usual trade.
What happens if I exceed my AI allowance?
AI drafting pauses for the rest of the period; everything else keeps working. You can upgrade to raise the allowance, or continue creating listings manually.
Do you charge per listing or per sale?
No. There is no per-listing fee and no commission on your sales. Marketplaces charge their own fees, which is separate and unavoidable.
Is there non-profit or startup pricing?
Get in touch through the contact page with details of your organisation. The free plan already covers crosslisting and delisting, so a small operation can start without a budget conversation at all.
